We are both those typical people who have knowledge of what’s good and what’s not but that’s not to say we don’t have plenty of room to learn more.
That said, we are both trying new ways of eating that will hopefully help us along our journey and teach us which foods suit us better. We are using a mix of theories to find what suits us best.
Due to my arthritis, I have decided to cut out all forms of processed foods, wheat and dairy. I only plan to so this for 7-10 days in a hope it will help to ‘detox’ me and get rid of any bad stuff in my system that may be affecting me.
